Hello, I’m so glad that you are here! And before I say anything else, I want to thank you for all the joy that you brought to other people. Your smile that has put a smile on other people’s faces too and that you, despite all the changes, kept going and didn’t stop discovering positive things in life.
May the next year continue to enrich you and may your positive influence inspire those around you.
So much has changed for me this year!
Living in the countryside brings me joy every single day, and I am infinitely grateful to be here and to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Precisely because it was quite lonely sometimes in the last few months as well, new ways have opened up which now enchant my life and I get butterflies thinking about what is to come.
As some of you may know, I started a course this year called InnerMBA, which brings mindfulness and business together. I am lucky enough to learn from people like Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, Daniel Goleman, Amishi Jah, Michelle Maldonado, Jeremy Hunter and, last but not least, Tami Simon, the founder of Sounds True herself.
The techniques and methods that I have learned in the first trimester have changed my life, and I’m excited to see what’s next. What is certain is that the next year will continue to bring a lot of movement into my life, and I can hardly wait.
In order to be able to share my newly acquired knowledge with more people, and also to close a gap that still existed in my life, I will complete a coaching training parallel to the InnerMBA this year.
From January on, I will start to support people to set new goals and to release blockages in order to be able to fully enjoy life. Are there things in your life that you would like to change? Write me! But I will also provide more information and offers around that in the weeks to come.
I would like to end with a question:
Do you live the life you would choose for yourself? If not, who decides it for you?
I wish you a relaxed end to the year and I hope to see you again soon in real life! If you want to visit me here in Hillerse – just let me know! I’m looking forward!
Lots of love,
PS: I started a new project this year, GEMP, and the call with the topic ‚SUN‘ brought together a lot of great submissions, which you can see here: Looks like sunshine!
